So Spidey 3 is out and breaking all records for opening weekend takings - a cool $151 million in the States (waaaay bigger than previous champ Revenge Of The Sith), £12 million in the UK and a total of $382 million around the world. The accountants at Sony must be steaming up their glasses with a collective sigh of relief, since Spidey The Third is pretty much accepted as the most expensive movie ever. No-one will even confirm an exact budget.
